一是人為操作因素影響

二是環境變化因素影響
石化裝置的生產環境複雜,環境變化也會直接影響密封性能。裝置震動會促使內部密封環等部件發生脫落;溫度變化會促使動靜環產生縫隙;出現憋壓或氣蝕現象,也會對密封環產生氣化等形式的衝擊,從而出現不同範圍的泄露問題。
